After atomization, it sprays a micro mist of 3-15 microns into the entire space. The water mist absorbs heat in the air, changes from liquid to gas, increases the humidity of the space, and achieves the goal of reducing air temperature. The entire process is an isentropic adiabatic process. High pressure mist humidifiers do not require compressed air.

Installation and precautions:

1) All pipelines in the entire system cannot use ordinary steel pipes that are prone to rusting, high-pressure seamless copper pipes, high-pressure seamless stainless steel pipes, or high-pressure rubber steel wire composite pipes, to avoid nozzle blockage by rust water.

2) It can be directly connected to the tap water pipe, but a super strong filter must be added to avoid solid particles in the water blocking the nozzle.

3) If the machine is used in cold regions, anti freezing measures should be taken; When the host is installed outdoors, rainproof measures must be taken; After use, cut off the water source and work for 5 seconds to drain the remaining water in the pump to prevent freezing damage to the high-pressure pump.

4) It is strictly prohibited to operate the water pump without water.

5) The installation height of the nozzle is recommended to be at least 2 meters above the ground and at least 0.5 meters above the ceiling of the house; On the one hand, in order to increase the time for ultrafine mist particles to evaporate and vaporize in the air, and on the other hand, to prevent ultrafine mist particles from spraying onto obstacles and producing water droplets.

6) The optimal installation height angle for the nozzle is a horizontal upward tilt of 5-15 °.

7) The pipeline connecting the nozzle should have a drop of 300MM every 100M and a fixed point every 2M; Avoid long-term use of connecting pipelines, which may cause bending and result in residual water remaining in the pipeline for a long time, forming sediment and clogging the nozzle.

8) Before starting up, please release the pressure regulating valve to the no pressure state. After starting up, slowly adjust the pressure regulating valve and observe the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge.

9) Add lubricating oil to the crankcase before the first operation of the high-pressure pump, and add it to the middle of the two horizontal lines on the oil level gauge. Never fill it up completely; The lubricating oil of the high-pressure pump needs to be replaced after the first 50 hours of operation, and then every 300 hours thereafter. Lubricating oil is made of 40 or 60 grade.
